Eepos is a School and Learning Management System created by Oksidia Oy (”we”) that allows schools (”clients”) to manage their resources and daily operations. Oksidia Oy acts as a data processor for these schools.
We do not own, use, collect, or publish any personal information from our client databases. All data is managed and collected by our clients who are the registry owners.
We only access school data if requested to by the client. This could be necessary to, for example:
Each school provides their own privacy policy that details how they use and manage their data. You can find this on the front page of each school’s Eepos online at x.eepos.fi (where ”x” is the school’s Eepos URL).
The Eepos mobile application communicates with our client environments. For information on how the Eepos mobile application uses your data, see Eepos Application Privacy policy.
All connections to the Eepos servers are encrypted and sensitive data is additionally encrypted at rest. Databases for each school are separated from each other. All data is stored within EU, unless otherwise agreed to with the client.
Integrations
Eepos has several available integrations with external applications. These integrations need to be explicitly enabled by the user and will only use the data the user agrees to. Data handling in external applications is covered by the application’s own privacy policy, which is provided to the user before enabling the integration.
Integrations with 3rd party billing/invoicing solutions
These integrations enable schools to transfer invoices and customer information to/from 3rd party billing/invoicing solution.
Integrations with 3rd party user directories
These integrations enable schools to synchronize their students and accounts with external user registeries.
Integrations with 3rd party learning environments
These integrations enable schools to synchronize students and groups into classes/courses in external learning management platforms.

These integrations enable schools to integrate different tools, services, and platforms with Eepos.
