Marching towards march

Hello, all you lovely people!

As February draws to a close, it’s clear this month has been just as busy as anticipated. We’ve signed more Eepos sites, expanded our team, and completed the initial versions of the Partner Portal and HubView dashboard for Super Hubs.

Last week, we had the opportunity to exhibit at the Music and Drama Education Expo and this year, the expo felt different—in a positive way for us!

More support and more development power

We hired two more people last week – one customer support person and one developer.

Krista will start at the beginning of April and will be assisting Riku with the UK support. Krista has a strong background in customer service with other tech companies. She has also studied in London and lived there for some time, so we can expect to have a very competent addition to our UK team.

Leon, our new developer, has been collaborating with Miikka on some of his side projects, so Miikka is confident that we’re getting a great guy and a great developer. Leon will be starting with us at the beginning of June.

I can’t wait to have these people on board our Eepos Team!

On-site User group in June!

We have asked Ian Naylor to host our June User Group at the Red Tape Studios in Sheffield. He has given us initial green light for the idea, but we will keep you informed on how this progresses.

The idea behind this is to have a face-to-face chance to network and to share your thoughts on Eepos with each other. By having you in one room, sharing your experiences and collaborating on service development, we can gain valuable insights into key pain points and development priorities.

I hope I get to see you all in person in a few months!

And as always, if you have any questions, worries or suggestions, please feel free to contact us!

Kind regards,
Aatu
