June User Group meeting is closing in!
Hello, all you lovely people!
While some of you admins are preparing for the next academic year, others are busy with the New Music Hubs and ACE returns. We know you have a lot on your plates right, and we want to do what we can to help you through it. So do not hesitate to contact us if you need help!
This is the busiest time of the year for us at the Eepos HQ as well. Several new Eepos sites need to be migrated now if we want to get them live and running by the beginning of September. The ACE report tool and school billing rework are due this Wednesday so that they can be demonstrated this Friday. And last but not least, many new UK Eepos sites need to do their first invoicing in Eepos, and payment integrations need to be in place.
But in the middle of all this, we are very happy to see you in our User Group this Friday.

User Group meeting in Sheffield!
We have our June User Group at the Red Tape Studios in Sheffield this Friday (14th of June).
Face-to-face networking, new Eepos feature demos and discussions on Eepos service development, we hope you enjoy this event.

10:45 – 11:15: Eepos Update & Customer Updates
11:15 – 12:30: Spring 2024 – New features demo
12:30 – 13:15: Lunch
13:15 – 14:00: Summer 2024 – Development plan
14:00 – 14:30: Priority developments for Autumn 2024 / Spring 2025
14:30 – 14:45: AOB / Meeting closes.
The event will be a hybrid meeting. Even though we’d hope to see you all on-site, we understand that some of you might not have time to travel. If you wish to attend via Teams but haven’t received the invite yes, please let Aatu or Graham know.
